Jim Worman
Chief Executive Officer
James A. Worman is the CEO and founder of Electronic Payment Providers, Inc. Under Mr. Worman's leadership, EPP has become the foremost industry expert in electronic payment technologies. He is responsible for overseeing corporate strategic planning and identifying emerging new markets. Mr. Worman also has a prominent role in the development of the sales management staff. His extensive industry experience places him in a unique position to identify the needs of clients quickly and he demonstrates a high rate of ROI immediately by instituting the best strategies for that client.
Mr. Worman founded EPP in February 2003. Prior to founding EPP Mr. Worman held several senior executive positions as founder of NSF Resources from 1997-2002. His responsibilities included operations management, marketing, high profile sales, and the management of 80 independent sales organizations nationwide. From 2002-2003 Mr. Worman was a professional consultant to merchant services companies who wished to add check services to their existing product line.
Mr. Worman has been educated at leading universities in marketing, finance, operations, and business, and continues his education in relevant subject matter at the University of Phoenix.
John Mousheghian, MBA, AAP
Chief Operations Officer
John R. Mousheghian is Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Electronic Payment Providers, Inc. Mr. Mousheghian holds one of the industry's top respected certifications, the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification. The AAP designation indicates that Mr. Mousheghian is uniquely qualified to solve today's toughest electronic payments challenges. An expert in payment technology, Mr. Mousheghian also fulfilled numerous positions with Deutsche Bank from 1988-1997.
Prior to founding EPP, his responsibilities included loan underwriting, credit analysis, operations management, and loan recovery. From 1997-2002, Mr. Mousheghian served as financial sales executive for IBM Global Financing where he was responsible for originating and funding asset-based credit lines for more than $5 Million in the Information Technology Industry.
Mr. Mousheghian holds a M.B.A. in Finance from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Business Administration from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.
Dan Willis
Chief Financial Officer
Dan Willis is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Payment Providers, Inc. Mr. Willis has been with EPP since 2003 and has played an integral role in the company's evolution. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations within EPP as well as managing recruiting efforts within the company. Mr. Willis also plays a role in sales to high profile clients as well as taking part in corporate strategic planning.
Mr. Willis also heads up new product development, as well as overseeing the implementation of EPP products on a user level.
Prior to joining EPP, Mr. Willis, from 1996-2000, fulfilled numerous positions with Onsite Companies. His responsibilities included corporate sales, account management, sales training and recruiter management.
From 2000-2003, Mr. Willis worked in the merchant services industry in several capacities including sales, training, sales management and strategic partnership development.
Scott McCollum
President
Scott McCollum joined Electronic Payment Providers as President in 2007. Mr. McCollum’s is active in the day-to-day operations of the company and his primary responsibilities include extending the company’s reach and client base through sales direction and relationship management as well as corporate strategy development.
Prior to joining EPP, Mr. McCollum served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Access Corporation where he was responsible for developing and implementing overall sales and marketing strategy. While at Access, McCollum also sat on the board of directors. Mr. McCollum has served on the ACA vendor advisory committee and has also been involved in developing strategic integration partnerships with most major collection related companies for the past 10 years.
Scott holds an M.B.A. in International Marketing from the Business School of Lausanne in Lausanne Switzerland and has two daughters, Shea 9 years old and Siena 6 years old.
